Introduction

Hi,

I live in Australia on a mixed farming property, I've always enjoyed sheep and about 3 years ago I discovered sheep dairying and it seemed a perfect fit! So this will be a blog about the dairy's progress, including construction and sheep breeding, and my cheese making adventures also :-)
